Hiiii, I am Tara Encarnacion.

A Brentwood, Tennessee based photographer + videographer.


I started taking pictures in middle school with my parents' old camera, a free editing app and a whole lot of creative passion. In Highschool I found my love of filmmaking, and story telling. My supportive family encouraged me to study Documentary Filmmaking in college, at CSU Long Beach, and when I graduated I jumped right into capturing peoples' special moments in life - making it my full time job.


I have a background in the music touring photography/videography world, and have worked with artists such as Lainey Wilson, Jon Pardi, Nate Smith, Bailey Zimmerman, and Michael Ray, but now that I have a family of my own, I am more drawn to the lifestyle that comes with family and brand work sessions.

What I appreciate most about this career is how diverse each session is.  I love capturing couple sessions, portraits, newborns, engagements, maternity photos, elopements, brand work and more.
